Purpose : This study was to identify job stress, coping type and nursing performance of junior nursing officers.

Result : There was no significant correlation between stress and nursing performance, but there was a significant correlation between nursing performance and coping types. The data showed a strong positive correlation between Nursing performance and positive perspective and tension removal. The correlation between nursing performance and indifference was negative.
